Journey Group
Journey Groups are safe places for people to walk through the process of healing their brokenness. It is small groups that focus on ministering to the hurting through the love of fellow Christians. We desire to hear your story and offer encouragement and love in response to the wounds you have experienced. When we are hurt by others, we often respond in ways that are damaging to ourselves and the people we love. Therefore, we also desire to call you to a better living by helping you to see how you have hurt others with such responses. In group, we restore our identity in Christ and begin recovering from broken relationships.
Ministries
Men's Ministry
Our Men’s Ministry offers a space for men to grow spiritually, build brotherhood, and practice servant leadership through small groups, social events, and service opportunities.
Women's Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry is a community where women connect and grow in faith through monthly dinners, yearly retreats, and holiday parties.
Youth Group
Turning Point's Youth Group provides opportunities for students to know a life-changing, world altering God who wants to know them personally. Life with Jesus is an adventure in which we are called to live radically different. Students discover what that adventure means while developing meaningful relationships, genuine connections and a greater understanding of God's love.
Children's Ministry
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me."
There are many ways Turning Point Church lives out that command, helping children develop their faith, learn about the Bible, and how to grow with their Christian brothers and sisters.
Missions Ministry
Turning Point supports a range of domestic and international mission efforts. Examples include Schultz Lewis Children's Home, Interchurch Food Pantry, and Childplace. Additionally, we assist missionaries in Africa, Belarus, Spain, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti.
Freedom Power Ministry
Freedom Power Ministry - A Life Issues Group meets Tuesdays from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
Helping Hands
Helping Hands offers a free dinner to anyone in the community every Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m.
No reservation is needed - just come by!
Tear Down the Walls
This ministry reaches out to under-resourced neighborhoods with the love of Jesus Christ. We focus primarily on our city's homeless population and community development.
